Our Trade Marks Department, which is primarily based in our Pretoria office, provides a comprehensive range of services and advice. This includes the conducting of trade mark searches, providing opinions on the availability and registrability of trade marks and the filing and prosecution of trade mark applications not only in South Africa and neighbouring countries but internationally through our well established network of foreign associates.

Our ultimate aim is to provide our clients with a rapid and efficient service and to achieve effective solutions to resolve trade mark problems and disputes of any nature.
